How long will my order take?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and we will ship it to your door directly from our warehouse. 

Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders over the weekend. 

Shipping from Australia: 

We use Sendle which is partnered with local couriers and we also use Australia Post. Very seldom there may be delays with these but please know we are constantly tracking our shipments and we will notify you if something happens. 

Orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days from processing. WA or any rural locations may experience a longer wait time. 

 

Shipping from Ireland: 

We use An Post. Orders are expected to take 2-4 business days. 

 

How do I exchange an item? (Eg. to change size or the colour)

The fastest way to have you strutting around in the correct size is to re-order on our website and send the item you would like exchanged to our address with a note including your order number and the item you're returning to the address.

Provided the goods are received in the condition you received it, including the packaging we will issue a full refund including the original cost of shipping.

Where do I send my return(s)/exchange(s)?

Please email us at hello@asstheticwear.com and we will tell you where to send them. 

Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. Please remember to ask for a tracking number. 

 

What can I return/exchange?

Non-sale items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of Underwear. Sale or discontinued items cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return/exchange?

Within 28 days of receiving your item.

Who pays for the return/exchange?

If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, in the first instance you pay for the postage back to us and then we will cover the postage of the exchanged pair back to you.

If you are just looking for a refund and no exchange, you will cover the cost of shipping. We do not offer free returns just yet but it is something we aim to do in the near future as our business grows. 

What if I received the wrong item/a faulty item?

Please email us at hello@asstheticwear.com and we will send you out a fresh pair with a return satchel or send you out a return satchel if you are just after a refund.

How long will the returns/exchange process take?

We aim to refund/exchange your order within 2-3 business day of receiving your return/exchange package. During busier times there may be a slight delay of up to 5 business days. For incorrect/faulty items we will send out a return satchel within 1-2 working day of receiving your email. 

Is the Shipping Cost Refunded? 

Yes, as long as the goods are received in the condition you received it, including the packaging, we will issue a full refund, which will including the cost of shipping if the whole order is returned.

Please make sure to supply us with your correct address.

Asstheticwear will deliver the items to the exact delivery address supplied by you. Asstheticwear cannot refund your purchase if you supplied us with the wrong address. Therefore please take extra care when filling out delivery details.

If you enter your details wrong when ordering, please email us at hello@asstheticwear.com straight away to change that for you.
